Worldwide Shipping

ZoDoll ships worldwide and delivers to customers across multiple international regions. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on customs, holidays, and local postal conditions.

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is complete.

Order Processing Time

Expedited Orders Up to 3 business days
Priority Orders 1 business day

Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders are shipped only after payment authorization and verification have been completed.

Shipping Carriers

ZoDoll primarily uses USPS and UPS for domestic and international deliveries. Alternative shipping providers may also be used when necessary to support efficient delivery.

P.O. Boxes

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS only. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box deliveries.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Address Verification

To help protect customers and orders, ZoDoll may require verified billing and shipping addresses when discrepancies occur.

  • Orders may be held if address information cannot be confirmed.
  • Orders may be canceled when verification requirements are not met.
